For Arcadia's first live event, we are happy and proud to present two of the
region's best.

Ego Likeness have grown over the past several years from a local favourite,
to gaining reknown up and down the East Coast, to spending the last year and
a half touring all over the world. Their most recent album--"The Order of
the Reptile"--and most recent EP--"South"--show that they continue to grow
as artists with each release, meanwhile their track "Burn Witch Burn" is an
oft-requested favourite in clubs everywhere. It's about time DC got to see
them live again, and we're glad to oblige.

XUBERX, it seems, has no correct pronunciation.  Luckily, though, members
Cheetahdave, Liebchen and Zomboy are producing music that sounds great no
matter what you call them, and are quickly building a strong following both
at their live shows and online.

In addition to performing live with the band, DJ Liebchen will also be
spinning her particular brand of bouncy and stompy sets for us downstairs.

Meanwhile on the rooftop deck, we're happy to welcome the first full-length
appearnce at Arcadia of Metapop's DJ Arcane, spinning a mix of indie, goth
and britpop tracks.

Now, we truly have two proper spaces, and our smoking patrons have heated,
covered place to hang out while taking a drag.
