one of the D.C. scene's best-known DJs, Solaries.

Worms of the Earth ... Vast eons ago, a race of beings
came to this planet from the infinite ocean of stars
and distant nebulae to settle on its embryotic soils.
Some time later it was discovered that the rays of the
sun in this solar system caused the once nearly
immortal sepertine race to grow old and weak. To avoid
death they were forced to escape below ground, to the
unseen chasms of the inner earth. Here, they have
waited through the innumerable gulfs of time; from
their buried lairs they have been watching surface
world over the millenia...as the minute and useless
planktons grew and mutated into flesh beings walking
upright on the land above. They have watched the human
race's birth and subsequent journey into the
techno-wasteland destroying the species to this very
day...
Worms of the Earth is the detached embodiment of my
being. It can be seen as a synonym to my name and my
body; it is I...reduced to an aural medium. I am Worms
of the Earth and Worms of the Earth is I.
